这是电影《Alone Yet Not Alone》同名歌曲，在2014年1月获得奥斯卡提名奖，由一名身残志坚致力于公益事业的基督徒女作家琼妮·厄尔克森（Joni Eareckson Tada）演唱。
琼妮·厄尔克森，说其为”美国“的张海迪毫不过分。她在十几岁的少年时代，因跳水时发生意外，高度截瘫，四十年来一直只能坐在轮椅上。手脚不能动，却用嘴巴来画画、写作，也曾在广播里做讲员。
琼妮著有《尘中钻石》、《比银更宝贵》等书，并创办了非营利组织“琼妮之友”，与丈夫、员工和志愿者一道开展“合家欢”和“轮椅世界”等项目，致力于帮助残障人士及其家庭。
因为肺部有问题，唱起歌来，十分艰辛。但是她还是完美的演绎了这首饱含深情的赞歌。
